I started this blog so that I could have a place to write all my essays and discussion questions from a book I'm reading called Omnibus I. Anyone and everyone is encouraged to participate in the discussion questions, debates and respond to all essays. As I work through many different textbooks like this current one, I will use this blog to post about them all.

Rules Of Debating:
Debating can be fun. Really it can. Here are some rules to make it and keep it such:
1. Everyone is allowed to have an opinion.
2. A person may disagree and explain why they disagree.
3. Name calling is not allowed and will be punishable by suspension.
And overall, know that this is not a place to make fun of people for what they believe, rather to challenge people in their thinking and understanding. Questioning is good.

Good to see you active again! I thought for a while you had given the site up.
While I currently, note "currently"(that can change), do not condemn either position, due to lack of knowledge on my part, I do believe that most, if not all, the people who "claim" to speak in tongues are frauds.
While there may be some people who can genuinely accomplish such a feat, I have my doubts in the so-called "speaker of tongues" who stands up in church speaking gibberish that is unintelligible to everyone but himself.
